Community Forum technology is included as a standard feature in your sponsorship package. Community forums have the following features:
- Anyone can register and freely submit content in the community forums.
- Forum content is automatically translated into 42 different languages.
- Visitors can subscribe to RSS broadcast feed on any forum topic of interest.
- Content submitted in the community forums can be pre-screened by a moderator, before publishing; or peer moderation can be used, allowing immediate publishing to all registered users, only moderating content that is flagged by other users as being inappropriate.
- One moderator-level account is included with your sponsorship package.

As a sponsor you enjoy the ability to customize these forums in the following ways:
- Individual forums can be open to public viewing, or viewable by invitation only.
- The ability to submit content in individual forums can be open to everyone, or restricted to only certain individuals/professionals, while still viewable to everyone.
- Where content submission is open to the public, you can designate whether content will be pre-screened by a moderator before publishing; or whether peer moderation will be used, allowing immediate publishing to all subscribers, moderating content only if it is flagged by other users as being inappropriate. The decision as to which practice will be the best fit is left to the discretion of the sponsor.
- Legal disclaimers are included in the forums to protect sponsors and moderators from the publication of inaccurate or incomplete content. These disclaimers can be customized to meet the needs of your agency, at no additional cost.
